Ingredients

  • 200g cooking chocolate, milk
  • 250g fresh strawberries, washed and sliced into quarters
  • 500g Reduced Fat natural yoghurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Method

  1. 1Break chocolate into squares into a heatproof bowl and place over a pot of simmering water (make sure water doesn’t touch the bottom of the bowl, chocolate might seize up).
  2. 2Chocolate should melt slowly, keep heat low and stir occasionally. Once melted remove bowl from heat and leave to cool for 5-10 minutes.
  3. 3Meanwhile set up 6 glasses or ramekins and place strawberries in the bottom.
  4. 4Chocolate should now be cooled slightly so mix in the yoghurt and honey until well incorporated.
  5. 5Spoon the mixture over the strawberries and place into the fridge to cool.
  6. 6Garnish with a berry and mint leaf.
