Berry & Chocolate Pots

Ingredients
- 200g cooking chocolate, milk
- 250g fresh strawberries, washed and sliced into quarters
- 500g Reduced Fat natural yoghurt
- 3 tablespoons honey
Method
- 1Break chocolate into squares into a heatproof bowl and place over a pot of simmering water (make sure water doesn’t touch the bottom of the bowl, chocolate might seize up).
- 2Chocolate should melt slowly, keep heat low and stir occasionally. Once melted remove bowl from heat and leave to cool for 5-10 minutes.
- 3Meanwhile set up 6 glasses or ramekins and place strawberries in the bottom.
- 4Chocolate should now be cooled slightly so mix in the yoghurt and honey until well incorporated.
- 5Spoon the mixture over the strawberries and place into the fridge to cool.
- 6Garnish with a berry and mint leaf.
