- 3 over-ripe bananas
- 200g frozen mango cheeks
- 1/2 cup water
Method
- 1Place bananas in the freezer overnight.
- 2Defrost bananas at room temperature for 20 minutes (to allow skin to peel off easily).
- 3Place all ingredients into a blender.
- 4Blend until all ingredients combined.
- 5Serve immediately.
