  • 3 over-ripe bananas
  • 200g frozen mango cheeks
  • 1/2 cup water

Method

  1. 1Place bananas in the freezer overnight.
  2. 2Defrost bananas at room temperature for 20 minutes (to allow skin to peel off easily).
