Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 1/3 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/3 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/3 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ¾ cup apple juice
  • ½ cup orange juice

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If you have used fresh berries add some ice cubes as you want this to be nice and cold.
  3. Serve immediately.
