Ingredients

  • 250g strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 100g raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 100g dark chocolate, broken into small pieces
  • 5g low fat margarine spread
  • 140 g blood oranges (approx two small blood oranges)

Method

  1. 1Mix raspberries and strawberries together with orange juice and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  2. 2Juice the blood oranges and set aside the juice.
  3. 3Melt the chocolate and butter together in a small saucepan and add the orange juice and stir well to combine.
  4. 4Heat the berries in a small saucepan over low heat and place into small glasses and top with chocolate sauce.
  5. 5Serve immediately with extra fresh strawberries if desired.
