Although this is a mini pizza, it is a reasonable sized dish for lunches, snacks (especially for kids) or entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 1 mini pizza base – in the supermarket fridge section or pita bread
  • 100g Vegetarian Chilli Mix
  • 1 tbsp. pizza sauce
  • 1 tbsp. light sour cream
  • Drizzle of sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp. reduced fat cheese

Method

  1. 1Preheat oven to 190c.
  2. 2Place 1 pizza base on oven tray lined with baking paper
  3. 3Spread pizza sauce over base of pizza.
  4. 4Spread Vegetarian Chilli Mix over the base.
  5. 5Sprinkle Cheese on top and bake in oven for 15 mins.
  6. 6Once cooked take out and drizzle sour cream and sweet chilli sauce on top.
