Poached Apple with Cherries

Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 5g cinnamon
- 80g cherries, halved and pitted
- 20g honey
- 120g natural yogurt
Method
- 1Place 2 cups water in sauce pan, add cinnamon and poach apples for about 15 minutes or until soft.
- 2Place cherries in small pan over medium heat and cook 2-3 minutes or until softened.
- 3Add honey and stir through to combine with cherries. Cook 1-2 minutes then add ¼ cup water and simmer 2-3 minutes or until slightly reduced.
- 4Drain apples and place on plate. Drizzle cherries and sauce over the top. Drizzle yogurt over the top and serve.
