- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- ¼ carrot, cut into sticks or grated
- ¼ cucumber, sliced
- 3 button mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- Cracked Pepper to taste
Method
- 1Place chopped lettuce in a bowl and all other ingredients on top.
- 2Drizzle touch of olive oil and balsamic vinegar over and season with cracked pepper.
