Ingredients
- 65g oat flakes
- 30g sultanas
- 30g dried strawberries / cherries
- 25g sugar
- 90g low fat milk
- 85g self raising flour
- 20g passion fruit pulp
Method
- 1Preheat oven to 180 degrees (160 degrees fan forced).
- 2Crush oat flakes. In medium bowl, mix together oat flakes, sultanas, and dried berries/cherries.
- 3Add sugar, low fat milk and self raising flour and mix until well combined.
- 4Place four muffin paper cases in 6 hole muffin pan and spoon mixture into each, filling each at least ¾ full.
- 5Place in pre heated oven and cook 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- 6Drizzle passion fruit pulp over the top and serve.
