Ingredients

  • 65g oat flakes
  • 30g sultanas
  • 30g dried strawberries / cherries
  • 25g sugar
  • 90g low fat milk
  • 85g self raising flour
  • 20g passion fruit pulp

Method

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180 degrees (160 degrees fan forced).
  2. 2Crush oat flakes. In medium bowl, mix together oat flakes, sultanas, and dried berries/cherries.
  3. 3Add sugar, low fat milk and self raising flour and mix until well combined.
  4. 4Place four muffin paper cases in 6 hole muffin pan and spoon mixture into each, filling each at least ¾ full.
  5. 5Place in pre heated oven and cook 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. 6Drizzle passion fruit pulp over the top and serve.
