Ingredients
- 300g low fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 punnet fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp. passion fruit pulp
- 1 tbsp. almond slices
Method
- 1Place in the base of 2 glasses a little of the yoghurt.
- 2Drizzle some of the passionfruit pulp on top of the yoghurt.
- 3Place a little more yoghurt on top.
- 4Divide your blueberries on top of the yoghurt then add more yoghurt so you have layered the dessert.
- 5Garnish with almonds.
- 6Enjoy!
