Yoghurt & Berry Trifle

Ingredients

  • 300g low fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 punnet fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp. passion fruit pulp
  • 1 tbsp. almond slices

Method

  1. 1Place in the base of 2 glasses a little of the yoghurt.
  2. 2Drizzle some of the passionfruit pulp on top of the yoghurt.
  3. 3Place a little more yoghurt on top.
  4. 4Divide your blueberries on top of the yoghurt then add more yoghurt so you have layered the dessert.
  5. 5Garnish with almonds.
  6. 6Enjoy!
