Ingredients
- 275g natural yogurt (reduced fat)
- 10g vanilla bean pod
- 80g boysenberries
- 180g persimmon (approx 1 persimmon)
Method
- 1Open vanilla pod and remove vanilla bean seeds, mix with natural yogurt.
- 2Cut persimmon in half and remove the seeds, set aside
- 3Using small shot glasses place yogurt on the bottom, topping with berries then persimmon then more yogurt and repeat. Garnish with extra persimmon and berries.
- 4Serve immediately.
