“I came to Cedarvale a bundle of stress and left on cloud nine. It was four days of bliss. The location amongst the lush forest with waterfalls and wildlife is so beautiful! The food is outstanding, it was like eating a delicious rainbow. The treatments are divine. I had a Swedish and therapeutic massages, Power Glow and hot pack super treatment. They helped to work out the stress and tightness in my muscles and improved my immune system and circulation.
