Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy▼
A laparoscopic operation (a type of keyhole surgery) where a portion of the stomach is removed to make the stomach smaller. It is by far the most common primary weight loss operation performed in each state in Australia.
Laparoscopic Gastric Bypass▼
An alternative to sleeve gastrectomy offered in certain situations where a sleeve gastrectomy is not suitable. Dr Valibhoy will work with other surgeons to ensure appropriate gastric bypass surgery.
