Ingredients
- 1 Crumpet, wholemeal
- 2 tbsp. Capsicum, sliced
- 1/4 Tomato, diced
- 1 tbsp. Cheese
- 1 tbsp. Pizza Sauce
- 2 small Mushrooms, diced
- 1 Spring Onion, sliced
Method
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
- Spread mango chutney on crumpet.
- Layer tomato on top and top with red / green capsicum.
- Grate cheese and layer on top.
- Place in preheated oven and cook for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
