Many people add high fat cheeses and condiments to make healthy bread rolls taste better. If you're on a diet, this is a mistake.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 multigrain bread roll
- 1/2 chicken breast grilled
- Spinach leaves
- Capsicum strips (we used roasted in jar)
- 1 tsp. sweet chilli sauce
- 1/4 avocado
Method
- Cut a freshly baked roll into half.
- Layer the grilled chicken, avocado, capsicum, spinach on roll.
- Place cottage cheese on top then drizzle sweet chilli sauce.
- Enjoy!
