The great thing about this pizza recipe is how flexible it is. For example, you can use Pita bread if you don't have access to mini pizza bases, use BBQ sauce instead of pizza sauce and try adding pineapple and caramelized onion for added flavour.
Ingredients
- 1 mini pizza base – in the supermarket fridge section
- 1 tsp. pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped chicken (BBQ Chicken Breast)
- 1 tbsp. reduced fat cheese
- Drizzle sweet chilli sauce
Method
- Preheat oven to 190C.
- Place 1 pizza base on oven tray lined with baking paper
- Spread pizza sauce over base of pizza.
- Place chopped chicken over pizza.
- Drizzle with Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Sprinkle Cheese on top.
- Bake in oven for 15 mins.
