At The Nutrition Circle, we believe your body is not a problem to be fixed — it's a relationship to come home to. We're here for the women who are tired of the rules, the restriction, of working so hard to feel 'in control' around food. We offer a gentler way forward, rooted in evidence-based nutrition, self-trust and deep care — one that honours your lived experience, your seasons of life, your culture, your stress, your hormones, your story.
Over the past 15+ years, I've worked with hundreds of women to find their confidence again around food, in a non-diet approach that is easy, simple and 100% tailored to them.
Approach: Compassionate, nurturing and non-diet; emphasises self-trust, freedom from food guilt, and practical evidence-based advice tailored to the individual's real life circumstances.
Weight Loss Approach
Non-diet approach; focuses on untangling years of dieting and self-doubt, rebuilding self-trust, and finding what works for the individual. Emphasises evidence-based nutrition made flexible for real life, freedom from food guilt, and reconnecting with natural hunger and satisfaction rather than restriction or calorie counting.
GLP-1 Medication Support
Yes. Offers dedicated support for women on GLP-1 weight loss injections (e.g. Ozempic/Wegovy/Saxenda). Focuses on helping clients learn which foods work best for both nutrition and weight loss results while on these medications.

Client Reviews
“Seeing Carla was the next step in what has been a lifelong journey of attempts to lose weight. Over the past 30 years I've tried every approach to losing weight imaginable – from multiple forms of calorie counting with all manner of apps, to gym memberships, to hypnosis, psychologists, and even another Dietitian. Like all of the others I successfully lost weight, only to put it all back on again (plus a few extra kilos). Fortunately, a little voice inside my head told me that giving up was an early death sentence, and that I just needed to find the right dietitian. The dietitian slowly (this was important) and strategically guided me on a journey of questioning everything I held true about my relationship with food.”
“She is incredibly nurturing and supportive. Carla has helped me work through a very deeply ingrained unhealthy relationship with food and body image. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is struggling with their own health and relationship around food.”
“This was nothing close to what I was expecting from seeing a dietitian. It's weird, in so many positive and wonderful ways - and I had no idea this is what I needed.”
