Connect2Care is a family-owned, registered NDIS provider of multidisciplinary allied health services supporting children and adults living with disability across Australia. The dietetics service is part of a broader team including OT, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, and Exercise Physiology. Services are delivered in-clinic at metropolitan hubs in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney, via mobile/home visits nationally, and through telehealth.
