We offer the services of Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) to provide professional nutrition education and support to help you reach your nutritional goals. No matter what your health, fitness and nutrition goals are, Fit to Eat can help you reach them by combining practical, hands-on advice with positive energy and enthusiasm.
Fit to Eat offers dietitian consultations, helping people with all aspects of nutrition and diet related disease. Fit to Eat is different from other health services and consultancies as we have qualified health professionals and are able to help people with all areas of maintaining a healthy lifestyle – not just diet or exercise.
