Grace is the Head Dietitian at Grams of Health, with a specialised interest in endurance sports nutrition, women's health, gut health, and disordered eating. She takes a calm, compassionate and evidence-based approach, working closely with clients to support both performance and wellbeing across all stages of life. As a marathon runner herself, Grace brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work, allowing her to provide informed, empathetic and practical support.
