We practise from a weight-inclusive, trauma-informed and intuitive eating lens, applying evidence-based nutrition interventions to help you find peace with food and your body. We consider the whole person when providing tailored, integrative, evidence-based nutritional care and support.

Advanced Motivational Interviewing, CBT-E, DBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) are applied. Approach emphasises improving relationship with food and body image rather than prescriptive calorie-focused methods.
