I'm Rebecca Anderson, a Sydney based Dietitian specialising in the support and management of clients suffering from eating disorders and disordered eating. Food & eating shouldn't be complicated. Let me hold your hand through your journey from fearing food, to food freedom.
I've been diagnosed with an eating disorder myself so I know first-hand how the recovery journey is long and often lonely. I am here to say that full recovery is achievable and is totally worth it. That is exactly why I've designed my RENOURISH programs — for those women that want that extra level of care and support when it comes to their recovery journey.

Not primarily a weight loss focused practice. Primary specialisation is eating disorders and disordered eating. Listed areas of practice include overweight and obesity, but website content focuses exclusively on eating disorder recovery and food freedom, not weight management.
