Dr Garth McLeod BSc, BHB, MBChB, FRACS is a General and Bariatric (Weight Loss) Surgeon who lives and operates on the Sunshine Coast.
- As a surgeon and specialist in obesity and metabolic disease, Dr McLeod's approach is very much centred around the whole patient. - Graduated from Auckland University School of Medicine in 1998. Over ten years working in Surgery and Emergency Medicine. Advanced surgical training completed in 2014. Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in General Surgery. 12-month Fellowship in Bariatrics with Dr George Hopkins in Brisbane at Holy Spirit Northside and Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospitals.
