A gastric sleeve is combined with a new configuration of your intestines so that you feel fuller quicker and the food bypasses the larger part of your small intestine, reducing the amount of calories your body absorbs.
Gastric Sleeve Surgery
Your stomach is reduced to the size of a thin tube, making you feel fuller, quicker, so you eat less.
Gastric Bypass Surgery
Your stomach is divided to create a small pouch which is connected directly to your small intestine. You feel fuller quicker and the majority of food bypasses the larger part of your stomach, reducing the amount of calories your body absorbs.
Mini Gastric Bypass Surgery
A modified, less invasive version of a Gastric Bypass.
Gastric Band Surgery
An adjustable silicone band is inserted around the upper part of your stomach, restricting the amount you can eat.
Gastric Balloon Surgery
An inflatable silicone balloon that is inserted into your stomach. It works by making you feel full sooner so that you eat less.
Robotic Surgery
Robotic surgery is controlled by a surgeon at a console and allows surgeons to operate with an increased range of motion. The robotic camera allows surgeons to see in 3D as opposed to 2D, allowing for greater depth perception.
