Ingredients
- ⅓ cup quick cooking oats
- ⅔ cup low fat milk
- ¼ cup cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp. fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp. honey
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 med banana, sliced
Method
- Place oats and milk in a bowl and cook in microwave for 1min 20secs. Set aside for 1 minute to cool.
- In a separate bowl mix together cottage cheese, pinch of cinnamon and honey.
- Place cottage cheese mixture on top of oats, then place banana and blueberries on top.
- Serve immediately.
